Health & Wellness: The four pillars

Moving even beyond good health to prevention/wellness!

DIET:   Have a high regard for God's simple gifts: eggs, fruit, veggies, everything that is simple and good for you.  The simple diet is what is best.  Make green salads and use olive oil.  Whole wheat bread is better than white refined-flour bread.  Butter used to be 'bad' but now is deemed 'good'.  Just use common-sense. Water helps your systems, especially Kangan water with a higher pH. Pop has an acidic pH and hurts your immune system, whereas pathogens don't survive when you maintain a high alkaline pH.  Spinach and lettuce taste great with avocado, etc.  What are your favorites? Supplements are also important but need to be pure and used at the right time, hence biofeedback testing. 

EXERCISE:  Take the opportunity to walk around the block at sunrise and/or sunset.  Use a mini-trampoline in the morning to jump 100 times in a minute.  The lymph-system is mechanical and the up/down movement helps your immune system. It is said that your heart is good to beyond 125 years with exercise. Join groups for peer encouragement, such as at the YMCA or community hikes.  How about scouting, golf, tennis, or jogging? 
   
SLEEP: Your body is amazing; just give your body what it needs, including sleep.  During the night your body cleanses systems and organs on a time-frame, so if you go to bed late, that diminishes health.  Consider when people go to a late party, breathe the germs from many people, drink pop for an acidic pH, eat sugar to retard the immune system for a while, stay up late to miss cleansing, and then wonder why a winter cold ensues. Try to get to bed on time, and if possible consider power naps like the prophet.

RELAXATION:  Prayer and trust in God relaxes you.  Enjoy the scriptures; have a pet even if just the birds outdoors; Jacuzzi warm baths with H2O2 (hydrogen per oxide) or Epson salts are good. Work hard, play hard, have fulfillment and joy. 

FROM HEALTH TO WELLNESS: Homeopathic Eastern medicine moves you from just being considered 'healthy' to prevention and 'wellness'.  The Western idea is to postpone and wait from something to go wrong and then cut it (surgery); irradiate it; or use drugs (chemotherapy); the latter two destroying your immune system. With proper knowledge and application, a person can move into wellness.  Always follow the doctor's advice, but find the proper doctor who knows the full range, including homeopathy. 


Follow proper diet, exercise, sleep, and relaxation for a full life!
